Seven Personnel from the MIND ID Group Received the President's Honor and the KESDM Award BUMN Holding Mining Industry MIND ID, or Mining Industry Indonesia, consisting of PT ANTAM Tbk, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Inalum (Persero) and PT Timah Tbk is proud to announce that seven personnel of the Group received the Satyalancana Wira Karya, Satyalancana Development Honorary Award from the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Dharma Karya Award for Energy and Mineral Resources from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Satyalancana Wira Karya is a sign of honor given by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to its citizens who have given great service to the state and nation of Indonesia so that they can be role models for others.
 
Two Bukit Asam and one TIMAH personnel received the Satyalancana Wira Karya award.
 
Satria Wirawan – Bukit Asam Information Technology Senior Manager, has successfully applied the latest technology 4.0 for production activities through the CISEA (Corporate Information System Application) application so that work effectiveness and cost efficiency increase, planting of revegetation land around the mine and maintaining water quality are successful.
 
Julismi - President Director of PT Satria Bahana Sarana (PTBA Group) has succeeded in building and implementing the concept of mining system design and production equipment, from conventional to electricity-based systems, that has an impact on energy efficiency, CO2 reduction, local spare parts production growth and the increasing competence of human resources (HR).
 
Idrus Hermawanto – Head of the TIMAH Learning Center, has succeeded in improving HR competencies by building Timah Learning Management System, improving TIMAH's performance and the quality of education in the MIND ID environment.
 
As for the Honorary Sign of the Development Satyalancana, is a direct award from the President addressed to Indonesian citizens who have contributed greatly to the State and society in the field of State development in general or in the field of development in a particular.
 
Priyandi Pranata Kusumah – Manager of the Muntok Metallurgical Unit of TIMAH, received this honor because he has succeeded in developing an innovative fuming furnace process by utilizing B3 waste slag into tin dust, which is then reused as feed for the smelting process into tin, that has successfully reduced the volume of waste, had an economic impact on companies and supported the achievement of Green PROPER through environmentally friendly technology.
 
Besides the Satyalencana Wira Karya and Satyalencana Development Award from President Joko Widodo, other Bukit Asam personnel received the Dharma Karya Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral award given by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
 
Slamet Widodo received the Dharma Karya Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Madya award for his optimization innovation and integration of the Coal Handling Facility System through the application of Industrial Technology 4.0 at PTBA.
 
Adhi Germana and Satria Wirawan received the Dharma Karya Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Muda for their innovations and achievements. Satria Wirawan is recognized for his achievements for successfully innovating the use of digital technology in optimizing production. Meanwhile, Adhi Germana has successfully implemented the Green Mining System and digitized Maintenance Performance.
 
These awards are Government’s honor and appreciation for state-owned natural resource management companies in realizing their commitment to transformation and digitization to achieve more optimal, efficient, and sustainable mining activities. The achievements of the MIND ID Group Personnel resulted from the implementation of the AKHLAK: Amanah (Trust), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal, Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative) culture enliven by each BUMN Personnel.
