In an effort to secure future sales amidst the increasing of coal demand, the Company adopted the following marketing strategy that included: Commitment to Product Quality, Commitment to Customer Service, Coordination, Supply Chain Management System.

The Company sells coal to domestic and export markets at prices that will earn maximum return. Sales is made under longterm sales contract and through spot market, while selling price is always based on international thermal coal prices.
 
In 2010 the Company recorded a total sales volume of 12.95 million tons, up 3.7% from the preceding year sales volume of 12.48 million tons. Sales comprised domestic sales of 8.23 million tons and export of 4.72 million tons. Therefore, distribution of sales consisted of domestic market 63.5% and export 36.5%, showing an export sales growth of 35.40%from the previous year.
