    Mr. Patrialis Akbar  was appointed as President Commisioner in General meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on December 22nd 2011. Former Minister of Law and Human-rights (October 2009-October 2011), as member of Parliament of Republic of Indonesia (from year 1999 – year 2009). His career path begin as Lawyer (year 1984-1999). Lecture in Faculty of Law University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Been trusted as Chairman of Committee in  Anti-Corruption Committee (KPK)’s Leader Selection 2010-2014 period and 2011-2015 period. Hold Bachelor Degree from University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, Master Degree from University of Gajah Mada and Recently had reached Doctoral Degree from University of Padjadjaran Bandung. Born form a warrior mother who had major positions on Armed Forced of Indonesia.

    Robert HeriCommissioner

    Appointed Commisioner since  May 2012, concurrently Head of Mining and Energy Sector of South Sumatera provice since year 2010- now. Holds a degree in Engineering of Geology  from University of Pakuan Bogor (1991), and Magister Manajemen from University of Binadarma Palembang (2008). A Holder of 10 years dedication loyalty from The President of Republic of Indonesia,  his previous posts include candidate of civil servant  (1993), Head of division of  Governance of South Sumatera Regional Office, President Director of  Regional-Owned Company named PT. Petromuba, Head of Mining and Energy Office of Musi Banyu Asin Region (2008) and Head of Mining and Energy Office of South Sumatera Province since year 2010-now.

    Thamrin SihiteCommissioner

    Appointed Commisioner in 2008, concurrently General Director of Mineral and Coal since 2011,Head of Education and Training Agency Departement of Energy and Mineral Resources since 2009. Holds a degree in General Mining Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (1979), Master of Engineering (1987) and Doctor of Engineering (1990) from Institute of Mineral Dressing and Metallurgy, tohoku University- Sendai, Japan. His previous posts include Expert staff to Minister of society and Institution, Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (2007-2009), Head of Planning and Cooperation Bureau, Department of Mines and Energy (2000), Head of Central amdal (Analysis of Environmental Impact) comission, Depatment of Mines and Energy (1993-2000), Indonesian Expert Technical Manager of joint venture projects at Bureau of Environment and Technology with the Office of Surface Mining USA, financed by World Bank (1995-1997)

    He was elected as the Independen Commissioner at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 April 2013. Currently he serves as Dean of the Faculty of Mineral Technology UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, formerly at the Ministry for The Development of Disadvantaged Regions, he served as Advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology Development from 2007 to 2009 and Deputy Assistant of Mineral Resources & Energy during 2005-2007. He received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mining from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta (1980), master’s degree in Engineering Mining / Geomechanics from Bandung Institute of Technology (1991), and Doctorate degree in Mining Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1999).

    He was elected as the Commissioner at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 April 2013. Currently he serves as PATI in the Indonesian Military's (TNI) headquarters since 2012, previously he served as Pangdam IX Udayana during 2011 – 2012, Aspam KASAD during 2010 -2011, a Chief in Papua region of State Intelligence Agency (BIN) during 2008-2010. He was a graduate of the National Military Academy in 1991.

Currently he serves as a Deputy Assistant of Strategic Industries and Manufacturing I Ministry of State- Owned Enterprises since 2012, Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk since 2008, previously he served as Commissioner of PT Asuransi International Indonesia during 2009-2012 and as Secretary to the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during 1996-2008. He received his master’s degree from Bogor Agricultural University in 2002.
